3 Pentacles - A time for communication and cooperation.

19th December🎄🥶☔️🌬 We are rapidly approaching that time of year when people come together, sometimes seeing people they haven’t seen all year, people with whom there is a particular dynamic, and all parties are bringing all their feelings with them.

Equally challenging to navigate can be the fact that people don't come together, and are alone, accompanied by all of those feelings.

Pamela's suit of Pentacles corresponds with the element of earth. We're in the realm of physical time and energy spend, and focus. Threes carry the vibration of creation, breaking the impasse of the two whose energies combined have created a third. There's an initial completion, but it's just the beginning. So much more can come of this if we can continue to be open to the input and cooperation and relationship that we need. The three figures here need each other's input if the common goal is to be reached. Communication mutual respect for differences, and understanding is the 🔑

Also good to remember is that when building a cathederal, whilst it’s helpful to have the vision for the whole it is still a process limited by our physical capacity as humans. We have finite time and capacity each day, so we must simultaneously hold the vision and accept that this goal will only be reached by working steadily, one day, one arch, at a time.
